How to Lodge a Complaint

Complaints can be lodged by addressing written communication/letter (Registered Post / Speed Post / In-person) to Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, B-21, Qutub Institutional Area, New Delhi – 110016.

Complaints sent through written communication/letter should contain complete details of the Complainant/sender i.e. Name, complete postal address, email id, contact phone number, facts of the case and supporting documents, if any.

Please note that any complaint will be processed further only after Verification of the genuineness of the Complainant as per laid down procedures prescribed by Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). For more information on the definition of Vigilance Angle, please refer to the Master Circular:

All complaints received through any mechanism are recorded and processed by the Vigilance Section following prescribed procedures.

Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers (PIDPI)

Where applicable, complaints under the Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers (PIDPI) mechanism may be sent directly to the Central Vigilance Commission in a sealed envelope superscribed “PIDPI Complaint”.
