The EPGDIB(VSAT) Jan’09-Dec’09 batch,
participated in an International Study Tour cum Port Visit at
the Netherlands in Nov’2009.
During the one week study tour participants visited business
organisations in Netherlands and attended sessions at the
Nyenrode Business University on Indo-Dutch Economic Relations,
Cross-Cultural Management, Competitiveness Strategy, Dutch
Customs Procedures, and WTO perspectives on International Trade.
The participants gained first hand insights into the planning
and functioning of the 4th biggest port in the world during
their visit to the Port of Rotterdam and visited companies like
Corus and Dascher for discussions with their senior management.
