The
bridge programme is a course that is designed to help interested and
successfully passed out students of the EPGDIB VSAT to
pursue additional coursework to earn the desired credits in order to
qualify for an Executive MBA degree.
Programme Objectives:
The
course aims to:

Enable participants to
develop the management knowledge and leadership skills required for
a fast career growth
·
Provide an overall
perspective on the international business environment and economic
relations
·
Develop international
mindset for strategic decision making
·
Provide an understanding
into the operational aspects of international business.
Eligibility:
Graduates and Diploma holders with full time work experience of
minimum 5 years.
Presently for the first batch, it is open only to those who have
successfully completed and obtained the EPGDIB diploma thru VSAT
Selection:

Admission based on CV and
previous performance in EPGDIB
·
Decision to admit rests
with IIFT
·
Admission is not guaranteed
Programme
Highlights:
·
Highly structured programme
with pre-defined course structure, session plans, evaluations and
assignment schedules
·
On-campus sessions at the
beginning of every trimester
·
Special focus on design and
development of distributed material
·
High level of interaction
between faculty and participants and within the participants
themselves
·
Emphasis on facilitating
learning and application to business context through pre-work and post
work to be done by the participants before and after each session.

Duration and Timing:
The total duration of the programme is 12 months. The Programme is
spread over three trimesters, each of four months.
The programme delivery will be through a mix of sessions conducted on
campus and through the HughesNet interactive learning platform.
HughesNet classrooms are available in more than 90 cities across

On
campus sessions would be scheduled for 4-6 days every trimester at
IIFT Delhi* and subsequently week-end classes would be through the
HCIL interactive technology platform as follows-
Saturday- 3.30pm to 6.30pm
Sunday-9.00am to 5.00 pm
(*Accommodation during the on campus sessions is not the
responsibility of IIFT. The Institute may however facilitate
accommodation during on campus sessions subject to availability.)
